Consultation

An initial consultation where Emma meets on site to discuss the needs, likes and desires for your garden requirements. From this meeting, which takes a minimum of an hour, Emma provides ideas, advice and solutions, brainstorming with you your options. Gardens evolve and change all the time. Solutions for soil conditions, neighbouring eye sores, privacy, additional interest, reducing maintenance, change in sunlight conditions, or new features. Emma understands and provides solutions to your requirements and objectives using her experience and knowledge. The meeting is concluded with a written brief, summarising everything discussed in the meeting which lists the next steps to take if desired. Cost from £150 excluding V.A.T.
Site Survey

A site survey of the garden is undertaken by Emma or a professional surveying company depending on the size of the garden. This scaled drawing, which includes the position of all buildings, hardstand, levels, existing tress and shrubs, flower beds, ponds, neighbouring trees and boundaries. A soil analysis and photographs are taken of the garden and surrounding areas. Cost from £400 excluding V.A.T.
A Garden Design Concept

A garden design concept is produced by Emma, showing you ideas of hand landscape positioning, shapes for lawn area, ideas of flower beds. Usually a few concepts are produced to provide the client with all options and taking ideas from one, or from all concepts together they will provide the final plan.
Final Garden Presentation Drawing

The final garden presentation drawing is produced, providing specifications for the hard landscape, planting plans for the soft landscape along with mood boards for the hard materials and planting schemes to be used in the garden. Cost from £600 excluding V.A.T.
